The rules
These terms apply to cooperdelo.com, my personal portfolio site, and the private, sign-in-only tools I run on it. They also cover any third-party API integrations I authorize on those tools (TikTok, Instagram, Spotify, YouTube, Strava, Stripe, etc.) where my software acts on my own behalf to read my own data.
I'm Cooper Delo. I built and personally operate everything on this domain. There is no company. No team. No paid product. My private tools are not offered as a service to anyone else.
What this site is
The public pages (Home, Music, Athletic, Lens, Plugverse, Now, Merch, etc.) are a personal portfolio showcasing my work, interests, and projects. They are free to read. No login is required, and no account is offered.
My private tools are single-tenant software I built for myself. It is gated by magic-link authentication restricted to a single email address. Sign-in is not available to the public.
Use of the site
You may view the public pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest the site beyond standard search-engine indexing.
- Republish my photos, videos, or written content without permission.
- Attempt to access private, sign-in-only parts of this domain, probe them for vulnerabilities, or interfere with their operation.
- Use the site or its assets to train AI models without my explicit written consent.
Third-party API integrations
My private tools authenticate to my own accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Spotify, YouTube, Strava, and Stripe via their official OAuth flows. These integrations read only my own data on my behalf. I do not act on behalf of other users. I do not provide any service that allows third parties to authenticate their own accounts through my software.
Use of those platforms remains subject to their respective terms of service. I am responsible for staying within their rate limits and policies.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. I make no guarantees that the site will be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. My private tools are experimental software I run for personal use; nothing on this domain is presented as professional advice (financial, legal, medical, or otherwise).
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of this site.
Changes
I may update these terms at any time by editing this page. The "Last updated" date at the bottom reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
